TRYING IS HARD AND WHY YODA SHOULD SHOVE IT

August 21st, 2008

This week in Indu’s life thanks Winston Churchill and Esther Dyson.

Esther for saying “Always make new mistakes.” And Churchill for saying what the graffiti on this phone booth in Venice, refractionist CA says.

Also the person who said “Anything worth doing is worth doing badly.”

I kind of love that and I think if you’ve tried something hard you know exactly what that means. You can’t be self conscious about looking stupid if you are taking a risk and starting a start-up is about as exposed and illogically risky as it gets.

Weird – did you write this before or after I sent you that weird experimental vocal thing I did Monday? As always, we are having parallel experiences.

But yeah – trying real hard counts for a lot. Yoda can himself blow.

BTW Esther has not accepted my Facebook friend request. Can you look into that? Hey thanks.

Try?! Hmmpff…Dewww or Dewww Not. There is No Try.

    Love the graffiti pic too.

Question of the day…is the guy in this picture trying or not trying at all? I can’t figure it out:
